Submitting a booking commits the registrant and/or school to full payment. No ‘change-of-mind’ refunds are provided; formal cancellation requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Invoices are payable within 14 days or prior to the event date, whichever is earlier. Venue entry, webinar links, and PD notes will not be issued until payment or a valid Purchase Order is received. Late payments attract a $30 fee and compounding monthly interest.
Registrations are issued for a single named attendee (valid for single venue entry or single-device online access) and are non-transferable without prior written approval from Psyched.
Dietary requirements for in-person events must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event. While catered options are provided, an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
Psyched reserves the right to alter presenters, session content, or delivery formats without refund eligibility. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled and an attendee cannot attend the new date, a partial refund or full credit will apply.
Psyched reserves the right to remove any participant (from a physical venue or online session) displaying disruptive or inappropriate behaviour, without eligibility for a refund.
Photography and filming may occur at in-person events for promotional purposes. Attendees who wish to opt out must notify staff upon arrival at registration.
Audio, visual, or screen recording is strictly prohibited. Except as provided by the Copyright Act 1968, no part of the PD resources may be copied or communicated without the prior written permission of Psyched.
For online events, Psyched is not responsible for access issues caused by attendee-side technical, device, or internet connection faults.
Although every effort will be made to cover as much of the advertised program as possible, this may not always be possible given time constraints. It may not be possible for our presenters to answer every question asked in the Q&A. While every reasonable effort is made, Psyched cannot guarantee that all material is consistent with VCAA requirements. Psyched does not bear any responsibility for any material inadvertently published as a result of interference from third parties. VCAA does not endorse or make any warranties regarding Psyched’s materials.
It is the school’s responsibility to apply any discount available. Psyched will not refund tickets, in part or whole, to schools who seek reimbursement on the basis of not utilising a discount.
Attendee information is collected solely for event administration and VIT certificate issuance. Psyched accepts no liability for loss, damage to personal property, or injury at physical venues.
Psyched is not liable for failure or delay in delivering events due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (such as extreme weather, venue damage, or government restrictions).
Support for event resources and digital PD notes expires one month after the event date.
Psyched reserves the right to cancel bookings made in breach of these conditions and to modify these terms at any time.
