About us

Psyched, the VCE Psychology Teachers’ Network

Our mission is to promote excellence in VCE Psychology teaching and learning.

In 2016, two leading teachers decided to build the Psychology Teachers’ Network with the aim to develop a professional network of Psychology teachers who could help each other to assist VCE Psychology students to achieve their best.

Each year, Psyched presents a Unit 3 Head Start Lecture in February, a Unit 4 Head Start Lecture in June, and a Units 3&4 Revision Lecture in September. They are attended by thousands of students from across the state every year, making them the leading SAC preparation and exam revision lectures for VCE Psychology students – do not miss out!

For the new 2023 Psychology Study Design, Psyched is publishing a brand-new series of Revision Questions books to help students revise throughout the year. They include questions written specifically for the new content in the 2023 Study Design, with exam tips, A+ sample answers to short answer and extended response questions, as well as full trial exams! Read more here on how to booklist the books.

Psyched also publishes a suite of VCE Psychology Assessment Resources, which are designed to rigorously assess students’ knowledge and skills, and comply with VCAA requirements. A comprehensive mark-by-mark Assessment Guide is included for each question. Our resources are trusted by over 200 schools across Victoria each year.

We also curate and share a range of resources in our fortnightly Network email for VCE Psychology teachers, published throughout the school term. We also hope you’ll be keen to share resources that you’ve created, which we’ll share with the Network – simply email us with your links and/or documents and a brief explanation of how you would use them. If you are a current VCE Psychology Teacher, please use your work email address (for verification purposes) to subscribe to the Network here.
